Bipul Pathak IAS officer AGMUT 1992 batch who is presently posted as Additional Chief Secretary Social Welfare  with additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary (SC/ST/OBC) and Additional Chief Secretary (WCD) has been given full charge of ACS Social Welfare with additional charge Financial Commissioner, Government of  Delhi.
