Bishwanath Sinha IAS officer Kerala 1992 batch Additional Chief Secretary, Home and Vigilance Department, has been given additional charges of the Coir Development Department and Housing Department, in addition to his existing additional charge of the Water Resources Department, Government of Kerala.
