Crosshairs Ousted Sandeep Goel, But Major Security Fiasco Need Time For Explanations?

A high-value terrorist convicted in terror funding case,  Yaseen Malik, made a cameo appearance in Supreme Court on Friday, which stunned everyone. Solicitor General shot a letter to Home Secretary expressing concern about this incident. A serious question looms over the conduct of Jail authorities, why was he taken out when Supreme Court had already stayed his appearance three months back(May 2023)? A High Value Terrorist is on the move, and wheater any communication to competent authorities and Supreme Court's security Division made or not? A casual conduct in handlining such High-Value Terrorist could be proven dangerous and makes this a fit case for engineering conspiracies because in the past, we have seen some cases of escape where LeT terrorist escaped from Jamm&Kashmir Prison in 2018 and a fresh one which happened a few months back where LeT terrorist escaped from Police custody in J&K or for that matter, the infamous Nabha jailbreak in Punjab where a Khalistani terrorist escaped from a heavily guarded Nabha Jail. All these cases of security lapses have one thing in common, casual, non-attentive and faltered communication grid. Perhaps, the same story would have played in Delhi Prisons on that day, and if that is the case, then it amounts to national security breach, and the competent authority responsible for it must be taken to task by the MHA. Interestingly, it can be argued that on one fine day, allegations of dereliction of duty and graticule of facts seized Sandeep Goel's fate as DG Tihar, but on the other hand, a glaring blunder on the part of senior Jail authorities deserved a cliche moderated action. Logically speaking, in no means, Sandeep Goel is being put on a clean chair here, but the logical question arises here will MHA take a call on the competent authority of prisons? If not, then the question of dereliction of duty or corruption perhaps becomes more important than the national security one?
