Dr.Selvakumar S IAS officer Karnataka 1997 batch, who is presently posted as Principal Secretary, PWD, has been transferred as Principal Secretary, Commerce and Industries. He will continue to hold additional charge as Principal Secretary, Skill Development, Entrepreneurship and Livelihood, Government of Karnataka.
