Dr Sharmila Mary Joseph, IAS officer, Kerala 1997 batch, is presently posted as Principal Secretary, Women and Child Development Department, and has been transferred as Principal Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department. She will hold the additional charges of Food & Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department.
