Exclusive: Heavyweight Reshuffle of IAS Officers In Delhi In Offing?

A significant shake-up in Delhi's administrative corridors appears imminent, with top government sources indicating that a major reshuffle of UT cadre IAS officers is on the cards.

The move comes on the heels of a series of high-level review meetings, coupled with certain developments that have raised questions over the functioning of the administrative machinery. According to sources close to the development, the transfer orders and accompanying paperwork are almost finalized, with the list said to be in its concluding stages. However, there is still careful deliberation in the corridors of power over the incoming transfer list.  Adding an interesting twist, top sources added that Delhi's top brass has now put the list under fresh review, with a few names reportedly being reconsidered before the final order is issued.
