Khandhar, IAS officer, Gujarat 1996 batch, is presently posted as ACS, Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs has been relieved from the state government to join a central deputation as Additional Secretary, Social Justice Empowerment, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.
