P.K Sinha, IPS officer, Punjab 1994 batch, who is presently posted as DG Vigilance Bureau, has been appointed as DG Law and Order, Punjab Police. He will take over charge on 1st May after the retirement of Special DG Law and Order Arpit Shukla.
