85 Amendments In Party Constitution?

In the recently concluded sammelan at Raipur congress party amended the constitution to give 50% representation to SC and ST in all forums of the party source says. Congress party also said that to bring the deprived to the level of others and further supported the caste base census source says. Party wants that a forum like National Developmental Council should be formed to take care of all necessities of the deprived section of society source says. Congress feels that with all these the party is only to extend benefits and with this party is likely to get the support of SC, ST, OBC, Backwards, and minorities sources say.
