Akhilesh Yadav Is Eyeing On Non Yadav OBC Votes?

It seems that Akhilesh Yadav has learned the lessons of politics and now taking steps with great care. The party is focusing on PDA ( Pichde, Dalit and Alpsankhyak) and OBC source says.
