BJP To Prefer New Faces?

 The majority of opposition parties are trying to come together to put up challenges to BJP in coming parliamentary elections source says. BJP is also not lacking behind and almost completed its homework based on different feedback source says. In general, it is said that this time BJP will prefer young faces and disallow tickets to non-performing sitting MPs based on report cards prepared for each member source says. A decision has also been taken that all sitting members above 70 years will be asked to take rest and guide party source says. More than 25% of sitting members other than members above 70 years will also face an axe source says. BJP has taken a program of 80 seats in UP and seat-wise strategy is already ready source says. From UP in the above 70 years bracket Hema Malini, Satyadev Pachauri, V k Singh, Rita Bahuguna Joshi, Rama Pati Ram Tripathi, Santosh Gangwar, Jagdambika Pal and Satyapal Singh are the prominent faces likely to lose tickets source says. Brij Bhushan Singh is also likely to be dropped due to the wrestler’s controversy source says. From Bihar six out of 17 likely to be denied the tickets source says. Giriraj Singh, Aswani Chaubey, R K Singh, Rama Devi, Radha Mohan Singh and Ravi Shankar Prasad are likely to be denied tickets source says. Aswani Chaubey probably read the writing on the walls and started trying tickets for his son Arjit Saswat source says. From Gujarat  -10, Karnataka- 9, Maharashtra- 8, Jharkhand - 2 and Rajasthan - 2 are likely to be dropped source says. Probably 40 sitting MLAs of Madhya Pradesh will also not get tickets from BJP to contest the next assembly elections source says.
