Congress Convention Will Be of Two Days?

Initially, it was decided that three days convention will be held from 24th to 26th Raipur but the source says that the convention is likely to start on 25 th and conclude on 26th. This convention was important because after 26 years members of CWC are to be elected. Now seems that elections will not take place and by raising hands the president of the party will be authorized to nominate representatives. Out of 23 members, 12 are to be elected by AICC representatives and 11 are to be nominated by the party president source says. This step was proposed only after the detection of mistakes in the lists of AICC representatives. 29 states and union territories send 1300 elected representatives as AICC member but the names provided by PCC and AICC differs and the role of Madhusudan Mishtri and V P Singh is severely criticized source says. Similar problems were also faced during the elections of the party president source says.
