Congress Dissociated From Article of Manish Tewari?

Member of Parliament from Anandpur Sahib has written an article supporting the government of India’s scheme of Agnipath source say this is contrary to the party stand and a March was organised by the party to submit a memorandum to President opposing the scheme with a request to withdraw.
