Definite Change In Functioning BJP in Uttarakhand?

The BJP is now placing a greater emphasis on the importance of the party's workers. After facing setbacks in the parliamentary and recent bye-elections, the party has begun to show appreciation for its ground-level workers. During a review meeting, the former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand expressed the need for decisions to originate from the grassroots rather than being dictated from the top. This marks a significant departure from the previous ten years, where the high command's directives were strictly followed. This shift suggests that BJP leaders are now challenging top mandates. By prioritizing grassroots workers, it seems that the party is poised for a positive transformation source says.
