Foreign Tour of Yogi Not Approved?

 UP Chief Minister's office was preparing for the last many months for the tour to Chicago, New York and London to attract foreign investment in the state source says. It was also planned that similar to the meetings of the PM in foreign countries, meetings of investors be also arranged source says.
