Is the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister's position in jeopardy after the by-elections, similar to the situation in Gujarat?

Reports suggest that despite efforts to quell dissent within the UP BJP, Chief Minister Yogi's leadership is causing unease within the party's top ranks source says. Yogi is reportedly adamant about running the state administration on his own terms, bolstered by his rising stature as a Hindutva figure, with quiet support from the RSS making him even more formidable. The BJP is still reeling from its defeat in the parliamentary elections and is seeking solutions, possibly in the form of a Dalit or OBC leader to lead the state government. There are even rumblings about potential sweeping changes within the ministry, including the possibility of replacing the Chief Minister and party chief along with all ministers source says.
