Nitish Kumar Last Moment Funds Release?

The Election Commission fixed the time of PC at 4 pm on Tuesday to announce the dates of the Bihar assembly elections, and before this, around one hour before the scheduled PC, the CM of Bihar announced and distributed 10,000 rupees to women under the Mahila Rozgar Yojana in association with the central government, the source says. The opposition blames Nitish Kumar for signing the order to release the money by manipulating the timing of the EC’s PC; otherwise, it would not have been possible, as the code of conduct would have been enforced after the announcement of dates, the source says.
