No Confidence Motion Against Government?

Gaurav Gogoi has given notice of no confidence against the government to the speaker of Lok Sabha source says. This has been accepted by the speaker, who said that after discussions with all party leaders, the date for a debate on the motion would be decided source says. Similarly, the leader of BRS has also given notice of no confidence source says.
