PM was to address Arun Jaitley Memorial Lecture along with the senior minister of Singapore. Family members of Late Jaitley were sitting in the first row, PM on arrival instead of going to the stage as per protocol straight headed to the family members of Late Jaitley Ji and after the exchange of pleasantries went to the stage but the source says from there he saw the senior minister sitting in the visitor’s gallery immediately called the only available minister on stage Ms Sitaraman and requested to bring Mr Thurman Shanmugaratnam, senior minister on the stage source says. This act impressed the minister much but during the entire function, PM did not seem comfortable with this miss in protocol source says?
