Samajwadi Party And Congress Almost Finalized Seat Formula?

 The presence of Akhilesh Yadav and some other members of parliament of his party during Rahul Gandhi’s dharna at the PM’s house, from the I.N.D.I.A. alliance, though gone unnoticed in the media, but some observers feel that this speaks about a newfound friendship between Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav, a source says. Some close observers of the political moves say the closed-door meeting a day before the agitation between the two in the presence of Priyanka Gandhi without any prominent leaders of both parties in UP probably paved the way for seat adjustments in the state, the source says. SP and Congress both agree on one point that divided opposition will benefit the ruling party in the coming 2027  state elections, the source says. 

They also agree that despite two terms government the public in general is not taking the anti-incumbency factor against the government seriously, the source says. The Congress leaders are ready to give a free hand to Akhilesh Yadav to select winnable candidates and would not force for number of seats to contest, the source says. It's learnt  that Akhilesh Yadav, the chief of the Samajwadi Party promised to give the maximum seats to the Congress to contest, the source says. The Congress leader has also promised to silence their two outspoken leaders, who generally speak against the Samajwadi party source says. The BJP is seriously working to win the state to maintain its supremacy and continue to rule in the centre as well, the source says. The result of the 2024 parliamentary elections are eye opener for the BJP and this time the party is not ready to take any risk, the source says.
