Avinash Purushottam Das Joshi IAS officer Assam-Meghalaya 1994 batch, who is presently posted as Principal Secretary Assam, Revenue& DM General Administration Department and Additional Principal Resident Commissioner Assam Bhawan has been relieved from additional charge Revenue& DM Department. He has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary Helath& Family Welfare Department, Government of Assam.
