Big Relief: Bombay High Court Quashes FIR Against Rashmi Shukla

After the case closure report, the FIR of the phone tapping case on Rashmi Shukla has been quashed by the Bombay High Court. The court noted that the Maharashtra Government refused prosecution sanction against Shukla. With a closure report already on record and no  protest petition, the High Court deemed it fit to quash both the FIRs against Shukla. With things getting more clean, Shukla is expected to lead the race for the next Maharashtra DGP, top sources said.
