Big Win For Sanjay Kundu: Supreme Court Stays High Court Removal Order

In a big relief to Himachal Pradesh DGP Sanjay Kundu, the Supreme Court has stayed the operation of Himachal High Court which ordered the removal of Kundu from the post of Himachal Pradesh DGP. The bench headed by Chief Justice India gave liberty to Kundu to seek recall of the Himachal Pradesh High Court order dated 26th December 2023.
