CP Faces Heat Because of Unprofessional IPS officers

In a major development, the Delhi Police Commissioner faces heat from Delhi Court. The court has issued a contempt notice to the Commissioner. Further, the court slammed DCP South Benita Marry for her blatant unprofessionalism. Court said- "Noting that as no material was placed on record to establish that the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), South Delhi was authorized to file reply on behalf of the Commissioner of Police, the court said that "therefore the DCP (South) prima facie appears to have committed the offence of forgery and cheating." Top sources reacting to this episode have said it is sad to see that image of the police force especially the head of the police force is in question because of unprofessionalism of some IPS officers.
