According to some top sources in the power corridors, the present chief secretary of Delhi Naresh Kumar IAS went for a formal meeting called by AAP MLAs to discuss some matters of public interest. It has been further added that during the meeting some MLAs attempted to dominate the meeting, especially the bureaucrats.
