Former DG CRPF has been appointed as Chief Commissioner of Assam Right To Public Service.

S.L Thaousen former IPS officer Madhya Pradesh 1988 batch has been appointed as Chief Commissioner of Assam Right To Public Service.  Thousen specialises in counter-insurgency and security issues.  He served as DG CRPF and SSB. He also had a long tenure in SPG. He is expected to take over charge tomorrow.
