Former R&AW Chief Samant Goel Appointed As Member Of Lokpal Search Committee

Former R&AW Chief Samant Goel has been appointed as Member of the Lokpal Search Committee. The Search Committee is comprised of 10 members, which include former Mumbai Police Commissioner Ahmed Javed, former ISRO Chairman A.S Kiran Kumar, former IAS officers Otem Dai and Rajiv Yadav, former SBI Chief Arundhati Bhattacharya are in the 10 member search committee led by former Justice Rajnana Prakash Desai. The Search Committee will recommend the name to PM led committee for final approval of the name. Acting chairperson Justice Pradip Mohanty currently heads the Lokpal.
