Himachal Government Gets Flak From Senior IAS officer Over CS Appointment

In a significant development, the Principal Advisor(Training and FA) Government of Himachal Pradesh Nisha Singh has written a letter to Governor, expressing her displeasure over the appointment of Dhiman as Chief Secretary.  In her letter to Governor, she stated that Dhiman's appointment was made without" assigning any reason" for overlooking the seniority. She further said that current administrative leadership in the state has not been geared up positively towards lady officers and women in general”. Apart from the CS appointment issue, it is underlined that she has said that advisors of Chief Ministers are misleading him.
