M. Devendra Singh IAS officer Maharashtra 2011 batch, who is presently posted as Member Secretary, Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB), Mumbai, has been transferred as the Metropolitan Commissioner, Nashik Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) Government of Maharashtra.
