Madhya Pradesh High Court Stays CAT Order on IPS officers promotion.

The Madhya Pradesh Government has stayed the CAT orders of directing the state government to give selection grade to give IPS officers of the 1995 batch from back date. The IPS officers in question are-
1-Jaideep Prasad, IPS officer of the 1995 batch, who is presently posted as joint Director-General, Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS)Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India.
2-Chanchal Shekhar, IPS officers 1995 batch, who is presently posted as Joint Director National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) Ministry of Home Affairs Government of India.
3-Mrs.Meenakshi Sharma IPS officers 1995 batch, who is presently posted as IG(FHQ)CISF Ministry of Home Affairs Government of India.
4-Yogesh Deshmukh IPS officers of the 1995 batch, who is presently posted as ADGP, Cyber Cell(PHQ)Madhya Pradesh Police.
5-Venkateshwar Rao IPS officers of the 1995 batch, who is presently posted as ADGP Rewa Zone Madhya Pradesh Police.
The state government had gone in appeal against CAT order to MP High Court Stays CAT Order on IPS officers promotion.
