MHA suspends IPS officer A. Koan IPS: UT: 2009 with immediate effect. Koan is serving as DIG in Goa Police. A Departmental Inquiry has also been initiated against him. Recently he was relieved after allegedly misbehaving with women. Order has been issued by the MHA.
