Mrs. Alka Tiwari, IAS officer Jharkhand 1988 batch, presently Secretary National Commission for Scheduled Tribes, has been repatriated to her parent cadre on personal grounds. Sources say that she is likely to be next Chief Secretary of Jharkhand.
