Mrs. Manmeet Kaur Nanda IAS officer West Bengal 2000 batch, who is presently posted as Joint Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, has been given in-situ upgradation as Additional Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.
