Mrs. Rashmi Shukla IPS Appointed As DGP Maharashtra

Mrs Rashmi Shukla, IPS 1988 batch, presently DG SSB, MHA, Government of India, has been appointed as DGP of Maharashtra. The meeting to shortlist names for DGP at UPSC took place yesterday, where names were sent to the state government and government after considering the panel chose Rashmi Shukla as the new DGP of the state. Order has been issued by the competent authority.
