Pallav Gopal Jha IAS officer Assam-Meghalaya  2012 batch who is presently Secretary to the Government of Assam, Science, Technology & Climate Change, Social Justice & Empowerment, Implementation of Assam Accord and Revenue & DM Departments and Project Director of AUIIP, JICA and Additional CEO, ASDMA has been relieved from additional charges of Revenue & DM Department and Additional CEO, ASDMA and has been given additional charge of MD, Guwahati Jal Board, Government of Assam.
