Pankaj Kumar Bansal, lAS officer, Tamil Nadu, 1997 Batch, who is presently working as Chairman and MD of TANGEDCO with the additional charge of Commissioner, Land Administrator, has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation, for a tenure of five years, with the additional charge of Managing Director, National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC), Government of India.
