Parachute Landing From Gujarat To Rajasthan For Top Helm?

J.P Gupta, IAS officer Gujrat 1991 batch who is presently ACS Finance, Gujarat Government, is likely to be appointed as ACS to Rajasthan CM. Top sources say that Gupta belongs to Rajasthan and is close to the Rajasthan bureaucracy. Top sources add that his(Gupta) name is being considered for the post of ACS to CM, and the parachute landing of Gupta from Gujrat to Rajasthan cannot be ignored. Though the Chief Secretary is already of the 1991 batch, it has been said that this dual combination would strengthen the coordination between the CMO and between head of state bureaucracy (Chief Secretary).
