Raj Kumar Goyal, IAS officer AGMUT 1990 batch, who is presently posted as Secretary Border Management, Government of India has been given additional charge of Secretary, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India. The incumbent, Secretary S.K.G Rahate, retired on 30th April 2024.
