Robin Hibu Awarded Ati Utkrisht Seva Padak for serving North East People.

Robin Hibu IPS officer AGMUT 1993 batch who is presently posted as Special CP, Delhi Police has been awarded Ati Utkrist Seva Padak for serving North East People, especially those who are in distress due to personal hardship or hardship caused by natural disasters in the region. Hibu runs an NGO with the name helping Hands through which he reaches out to the North East People and helps them out.
