Senior IPS officer Vying To Maintain Influence In Delhi Police?

There are strong rumours in the power corridors that one senior IPS officer belonging to the AGMUT cadre is still vying to maintain strong influence and power in Delhi Police. Top sources in the power corridors have said that the officer enjoyed helm-like powers in Delhi Police and managed to turn the tides by influencing former Delhi Police Commissioners. This indicates that the officer was a close confidant of two former Delhi police commissioners. However, sources suggest that the winds of time always change and this officer is now having a hard time in Delhi Police HQ  to maintain and exercise the powerful influence on the present Delhi Police Commissioner. Further, it has been said that MHA has a slight indication of the matter and soon, the officer will move out of Delhi Police.
