Syedain Abbasi IAS officer Assam-Meghalaya 1990 batch who is presently Special Chief Secretary to the Government of Assam, Public Health Engineering, Water Resources and Irrigation Departments and Resident Representative, Government of Assam, New Delhi and Chairman, APDCL has been relieved from additional charge of Irrigation Department and Resident Representative, Government of Assam.
