UT IAS officer Faces Music Over Land Scam.

LG Delhi has ordered disciplinary action against 2013 batch IAS officer Hemant Kumar presently DM South West. It has been alleged that Kumar tried to provide a benefit over 312 Rs crore to a private landowner. Sources say that  Kumar overruled the calculated compensation for a 19-acre piece of land acquired by NHAI and increased it from 41 crore to 353 crore. Sources further say that LG Delhi has given his approval to appraise MHA about this case and further refer it to CBI. Kumar has been asked to surrender to the services department for further action.
