"You Must Have Done Something Drastic To Get That Order" SC While Staying A&NI Chief Secretary Keshav Chandra's Suspension

The Supreme Court, with a bench headed by CJI Chandrachud, has stayed the Calcutta High Court's order which directed A&NI Chief Secretary to be suspended with a 5 Lakh Rupees fine to A&NI LG. Within one day, MHA challenged the order in Supreme Court and on Friday, SC stayed the operation of the order and posted it for 11th August 2023.
