Pankaj Singh, son of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and sitting MLA from NOIDA is facing a triangular fight in the constituency sources say. In the last election, he defeated Sunil of SP with over one lakh votes but this time challenge is from a very young twenty-nine years old Delhi University student contesting on Congress ticket and also of Sunil on SP sources say. NOIDA with 30% rural and 70% urban population is unique in its problems- flat owners problem, in spite of tall promises by the present government to help flat buyers, voters feel that not much has been done and builders still play as per their choices in many cases sources say. Inflation, hike in petrol prices, unemployment is some other issues hounding voters of the constituency sources say. Pankaj is having the upper hand till now but is not sure to continue because of these problems, so far not addressed by the government sources say?
