President Post Lying Vacant For Last Two Years?

Rashtriya Gai Kalyan Agency constituted in 2019 is without its head for the last two years source says. Though the Gai Kalyan is on the top agenda for the RSS but seems the central government is not that enthusiastic about the Rashtriya Gai Kalyan Agency (Rashtriya Kamdhenu Aayog). Source says the aayog was created to take care of Gai(Cow), to develop the breed, and to promote well being of the Cow mother but with a lethargic approach and without a head all the proposals are lying unattended and the purpose is defeated?
