Uttarakhand Election Not Favours Chief Ministers of State?

Chief Ministers of Uttarakhand never came back from elections as winners. Dhami lost his election. Harish Rawat also lost. In the year 2012 elections also Khanduri lost state elections and that was the only seat by which BJP lost the chance to form a government source says. At that time it was blamed that internal conflict resulted in the defeat of Khanduri because he replaced Nishank as CM. Some similar gossip is taking around but it’s fact that Dhami is the undisputed leader and with his hard work within his short spell proved his worthiness moreover source says having strong backing from RSS also and probably this has given him the second chance in spite of his defeat in the election?
