Countrymen Not Taking the Third Phase of Covid-19 Seriously?

The second phase is still not over, all reports say that the third wave is not at long-distance and unless everyone follows Covid protocol strictly containing the spread would be again difficult, sources say. Director, AIIMS says that 40 % of districts still lack RT- PCR testing laboratories in government and private sectors sources say. Sources say there are more than 120 districts in North East sectors without any testing facilities. 82.5 % area of total spread without testing facilities is very alarming and most of the states are ruled by BJP or its ally including Assam, sources say. Sources say the center is also not helping these states to build up testing facilities and other infrastructure to handle the third wave if it creates havoc, sources say. Strangely UP is not doing bad and 60% of districts are having some or other testing facilities whereas 60% of districts of MP are not having any testing laboratory. Sources say this show that despite all problem faced during last two phases, the country is not so prepared to defeat the third phase as should be?
